(1) The Civil Service Rules,
2021 (1964) is, hereby, repealed.
(2) Any acts done and actions taken under the Civil Service Rules,
2021 (1964) shall be deemed to have been done and taken under these Rules.
(3) The matters set forth in these Rules in relation to the civil
service shall be governed by these Rules, and the other matters shall be as set forth in the rules framed separately for separate services or groups.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in Sub-rule (3), these Rules shall apply to promotion.
